Box 5 Events mission is to create a profound and educational experience which focuses on recognizing the highest level of achievement for your groups. Meeting your service level standards is our priority.

Box 1

Never
  • The event company is never educationally focused.  The State and National Standards are not included in the festival.
  • The event company never gives the groups the opportunity to customize the event to meet their educational goals.
  • Nationally recognized adjudicators are never hired. Adjudicators will not work with the groups.
  • An experienced staff is never present causing stress on the director, students, & chaperones. The event director has no experience in organizing events.
  • The event company will never work with the group or tour operator causing the group to miss schedules events on their itinerary.

Box 2

Rarely
  • The event company is rarely educationally focused.  The State and National Standards are not evident in most of the festival.
  • The event company rarely gives the groups the opportunity to customize the event to meet their educational goals.
  • Nationally recognized adjudicators are rarely hired. Adjudicators will have little to no interacting with the individual groups.
  • An experienced staff in both the venue and the event is rarely present causing more stress on the director, students, & chaperones. The event director has little experience in organizing events.
  • The event company will sometimes work with the group or tour operator causing the itinerary to be disjointed.  Scheduled events on the itinerary may be missed.

Box 3

Sometimes
  • The event company is sometimes educationally focused and does not always aligns their events to State and National Standards.
  • The event company sometimes gives the groups the opportunity to customize the event to meet their educational goals.
  • Nationally recognized adjudicators are sometimes hired.  Adjudicators often do not work with the individual groups.
  • An experienced staff in both the venue and the event is sometimes present to answer questions or offer help.  The event director has been to and observed the event, but has never overseen an event.
  • The event company will sometimes work with the group or tour operator causing some itinerary issues.  Scheduled events may be missed

Box 4

Usually
  • The event company is usually educationally focused and aligns their events to State and National Standards.
  • The event company usually gives the groups the opportunity to customize the event to meet their educational goals.
  • Nationally recognized adjudicators are usually hired and work with your group when you are at the event.
  • An experienced staff in both the venue and the event is usually present to guide the group if needed.  The event director has some experience developing and running music events.
  • The event company will usually work with the group or tour operator to allow for a seamless itinerary. Minor itinerary inconveniences are present.

Box 5

ALWAYS
  • The event company is always educationally focused and aligns their events to State and National Standards.
  • The event company always gives the groups the opportunity to customize the event to meet their educational goals.
  • Nationally recognized adjudicators are always hired and work with your group when you are at the event.
  • An experienced staff in both the venue and the event is always present to give each group the best possible experience. The event director has over 20 years of experience in developing and organizing music events.
  • The event company will always work with the group or tour operator to allow for a seamless itinerary.
